We believe training is to provide knowledge, skills, and competence through teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. Training is not only a basic requirement for a trade, occupation or profession, but continuous training beyond initial qualifications: to maintain, upgrade and update skills throughout working life. VEKTI understand the value of training in country like Afghanistan which has been in war for past 30 years.
