We match individuals against requirements, take a written test with job requirement related questions prepared by us, perform an initial interview and the determine eligibility. Then a list of eligible candidates is prepared and submitted to our customer.

Hiring Process: |

A. Internationals: At this step of the process if the selected individual is a foreign national he or she will be notified and the paperwork process will start. The hiring process will depend if the customer wants a direct hire or a contractor hired through us.
B. Local Nationals:Before hiring or start of work local nationals are investigated by our private investigator who will then go to their neighborhoods, their homes and conduct thorough investigation. The individual will also go through a clearance process which involves Ministry of Interior Criminal and Investigative units and census bureau to validate citizenship. After successful completion of all vetting and investigational step the persons will be authorized to begin work.

Monitoring and Evaluation |
|
All employees performance will be evaluated periodically to ensure quality and rectify and issued and shortcoming. The customer will take an active part in completion of this evaluation. If after evaluation and employee is deemed unfit for the task assigned he or she will be replaced by a more suited person
